"I have had my home and auto insurance with USAA for over 10 years. This year USAA jacked my insurance up$ 2000/ a year for homeowners and almost $500/year on my auto without provocation/accidents/claims etc. This forced my mortgage to go up almost 400$/month and my auto an extra 75/month!! I was never warned or informed of the price increases from USAA (who usually has great CS), so imagine my shock when I received my mortgage bill! Who can afford that in todays economy. USAA could not offer a explanation for the increase besides the state of the economy, even after making adjustment to minimum coverages my payments were still outrageous. Not only that, ater reviewing my policy, I found out they had my house listed as 600sqft more than what it was. So, i was actually overpaying for homeowners the past 10 years due to a clerical error. I knew it was a long shot, but asked if I could get reimbursed for 10 years of overpayment due to clerical error on their end and I was denied. I immediately started searching for new insurance. A friend I work with has State Farm and suggested I look into them after comparing/discussing what he was paying in premiums for home and auto. I wanted to use someone local and read great reviews about Katie Lamb. So i reached out to them and all I can say as it has been a great experience so far. I was in full blown panic mode given the increases in my insurance premiums. Katie and her team walked through the process with a breeze. Not only were she and her team kind, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, they also gave me a sense of security, confidence and reassurance that I was making the right choice by going with State Farm and her team. Long story short, I saved a TON of money by bundling my home and auto.....I mean a TO!. I'm paying less than half than what I was paying with USAA AND receiving MORE coverage! I'm beyond overjoyed and can breath a little easier now that I saved so much and my mortgage is back manageable again. THANK YOU Katie Lamb and your team at State Farm in Atoka! If I could leave 10 stars I would."
